Can I use the SSL Edition of the library with Gmail?

The SSL edition of the library works well with the Gmail servers.

• The Gmail POP3 server (pop.gmail.com) provides SSL access on the default secure POP3 port (995)
• The Gmail SMTP server (smtp.gmail.com) provides SSL access on the default secure SMTP port (465)

Connections to both servers should be made using MODE_CHANNEL.
